[Feature] Feature request: set user's automatic subscriptions mode in ACP

Hi Matt

If you ever have time to add this feature, it would be nice to be able to set the automatic subscriptions mode for a user in ACP.

However, this is a low priority request.

Replace ./inc/plugins/automaticsubscriptions.php with this:

  automaticsubscriptions.php (Size: 9.53 KB / Downloads: 9)

And you'll now have this option at ACP > Users & Groups > Users > **choose user** > Account Settings tab > Messaging & Notification > Automatic Subscriptions
