[Suggestion] MySupport's threads assign randomly

Hi there Matt,
I just installed MySupport and I love it, it made my board easier to understand and cleaner. I would like to suggest you a very interesting feature for your next release, 0.5: why don't you include an option to randomly assign threads to moderators/administrators? Right now, each time an user starts a new thread, I have to assign it to a mod/admin manually, but since my board is very large it would be better if threads would automatically be sent to Team's members!

Keep developing it, we are all waiting for your next release!

Fine! Just a tip: i did a mistake here: "it would be better if threads would automatically be sent to Team's members!", I was meaning: "it would be better if threads would automatically be assigned to Team's members!"

Nevertheless, you understood what I was talking about

And to be honest, here is another idea I had yesterday: in addition to the random assignments feature, would be appreciated if users would have the chance to decide which staffer to ask a question to.

Obviously this might be awful because everyone can ask for an admin every time, so the ability for a staffer to set a maximum number of support request might be the best solution for this awesome - in my opinion - feature.
