Add SSL FTP support
The ability should be added to connect via a secure SSL-FTP connection rather than only offering a standard FTP connection.

Rather than being an option, it will just connect via FTP SSL if it is available, and standard FTP if not. No point in having it optional really as it should always be used if it is available.
